We are a modern service enterprise whose top priority is serving the interests of our members. Whether we are renovating, modernising or making some minor improvements – with the help of the representatives’ assembly, the supervisory board and the management board we can always work in a member-oriented way.

Our highest body is the FAB Council of Representatives, which currently consists of 54 members from the various electoral wards. They represent the interests of our members, and are elected for a period of 4 years.

In accordance with § 43a of the Genossenschaftsgesetz (Cooperative Societies Act, applicable to such societies with more than 1,500 members) our statutes prescribe that the General Assembly consists of representatives of the members (Council of Representatives).
