We are delighted that you are interested in becoming a member. Signing our declaration of membership is the first requirement for becoming a member. At the same time, you must purchase at least 1 share plus € 50.00 joining fee. One share amounts to € 310.00. If you sign a rental agreement, 1 or 2 additional shares will be added. In exceptional cases, yes, but the shares must be fully paid up when a rental agreement is concluded.
We do not pay interest, we pay dividends. Profits are distributed annually after our Annual General Meeting. Our articles of association stipulate that a maximum annual dividend of 4% can be distributed on the paid-in capital.

Termination of membership or partial termination of individual shares is possible with a notice period of at least 3 months to the end of the year. This must be done in writing. If you have specific questions about your membership, please use our contact form or simply give us a call.
You may keep small animals such as hamsters, budgies, dwarf rabbits or fish in your apartment at any time without prior consultation. If you would like to bring a dog or cat into the apartment as a new family member, please contact us beforehand. It is important that your new four-legged friend does not disturb other tenants, cause a nuisance or be dangerous. It is also important to ensure that any "leftovers" are picked up. We assume that all pets are kept in a species-appropriate manner.
In general, you should talk to us before starting a project such as a kitchen or bathroom modernization. We will be happy to provide you with advice and assistance when it comes to planning the costs (FAB contribution / own financing), finding reliable tradesmen and coordinating the process.
The most important thing to bear in mind is that you also have a notice period of 3 months for your apartment within the cooperative and this must be observed. If you wish to move within our housing stock, please enquire whether it is necessary to purchase additional shares.
