When I was looking for a new apartment for my boyfriend and me 1½ years ago, it was clear to me that it should be an apartment at FAB. Why? Well, I can be sure that I'm in good "hands" there! After all, I'm doing my training there, so I know exactly what a great "place" it is. The FAB has been around for over 130 years, and not without reason!

The important thing was: lots of space for little money! As trainees and students, we couldn't afford riches, but we didn't want to live in a cellar either.

I was lucky and found the right property for the two of us after a short time: 2 rooms, just under 70 square meters, completely renovated and even with a small sea view (wonderful!).

Instead of paying a deposit, I became a member of the cooperative and bought 2 cooperative shares. I thought it was great because they pay an annual dividend of 4%.

So a tip for all young people: living with the FAB really is a very good idea!
