Our tenants were able to move into their apartments in House 4 (Kanzleistraße 88-92) on November 1, 2015 - just in time for the cosy pre-Christmas period. Everyone was delighted with the result. This makes us very happy and speaks volumes for our overall concept for the residential complex.

Things are getting really busy here: construction work on House 5 is progressing well
Things are also going well in the 3rd and final construction phase: construction work is in full swing. Brick by brick, the building is slowly rising out of the ground and will soon house 40 2- and 3-room apartments in a wide range of sizes. The apartments, which are between 45 and 130m2 in size, are scheduled for occupation in February/March 2017 if everything progresses as we would like it to. We will start marketing the apartments from around February 2016. Are you looking for a new home? Then pick up the phone and arrange a consultation. However, we will only hold detailed discussions with our prospective tenants about floor plans, rental prices, apartment furnishings and conditions once we have received all the documents.
