On January 15, 2025, we once again hosted a seminar for advisory boards at the C.ulturgut. The number of 100 guests showed us that interest in the topic remains high. We are extremely pleased about this and it is proof of the good and intensive cooperation between the advisory boards and us as administrators.
Marcus Greupner was our keynote speaker again this year. The specialist lawyer for tenancy and residential property law from Bremen was repeatedly named one of the top lawyers for rent and property by FOCUS in 2024.
His presentation focused on the latest judgments and legal developments in condominium law. In addition to the different types of WEG meetings - as face-to-face, hybrid or purely virtual owners' meetings - he also spoke about the distinction between maintenance costs and structural changes as well as plug-in solar devices (balcony power plants). In addition, several court rulings on the topic of condominium ownership were discussed with the management advisory boards.
