Founded in July 2017, the new building at Sandberg 11-13 celebrated its topping-out ceremony just one year later.
After a total construction period of around 22 months, we were delighted to be able to hand over 41 apartments with around 2,400 m2 of living space in an inner-city location to our new members and tenants on May 9 this year.
As soon as the new residents had survived the initial stress of moving in, the remaining work on the outside areas was also completed. Last but not least, our painters put the finishing touches to the stairwells in the form of the final coat of paint.
Together with our new tenants, we are delighted with an all-round successful project. The architectural firm Asmussen & Partner played a key role in the project. We would therefore like to take this opportunity to thank the architect responsible, the engineering firms involved in the construction and, in particular, the tradesmen for their commitment and achievements.
