Even though we do everything we can to provide our tenants with affordable housing: We only have limited influence on many cost items. Rising prices have unfortunately become the current norm in all areas, meaning that we will also have to raise ancillary costs in 2023.
Costs will rise at the start of 2023:
- Stairwell cleaning: + 8.25 %
- Insurance: + 14 %
- Property charges City of Flensburg: + €1.24 per month per apartment
- Electricity Stadtwerke Flensburg: + 45 %
- Winter service from 15.11.2022: + 10 %
We also anticipate a price increase for district heating (via Stadtwerke Flensburg) and garden maintenance, although this had not yet been finally announced by the editorial deadline.
Adjustments to advance payments
To protect you as a tenant from high additional payments, we already adjusted the advance payments in April 2022. We will also submit a further adjusted offer to you at the beginning of 2023 - you will of course receive a separate letter on this. Individual adjustments are also possible at any time, please call us if you are interested.
UVI in the FAB service portal
You can always keep an eye on your consumption information (UVI) during the year via the FAB service portal. You can also view a monthly comparison here.
The measures taken by the federal government provide some relief. As part of the December emergency aid, the advance payments for gas - or in our case district heating - are waived by the federal government. We will take this into account in the next bill.
