Our cooperative is not just a place to live, but also a community based on the fundamental values of openness and solidarity. 
People of different nationalities live next door to each other in our housing. That is why we make a conscious effort to create an environment in our residential complexes in which every person - regardless of origin, gender, religion, sexual orientation or other individual characteristics - can feel welcome.

There is no place for discrimination, hatred and hate speech in our community. Our cooperative actively promotes tolerance and acceptance and firmly rejects any form of exclusion. We promote dialog and coexistence between members to ensure harmonious coexistence under one roof. Accordingly, our cooperative principle is characterized by appreciation and respectful interaction.
