On 22.06.2023, we held this year's Representatives' Meeting. It was also a special day. Exactly to the day, the FAB was able to announce an anniversary - 145 years.
The Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board, Ms. Mannhardt, welcomed 47 representatives to our Representatives' Meeting at the C.ulturgut.
Ms. Mannhardt then reported on the work and activities of the Supervisory Board over the past year. The Management Board then gave a report on the very successful financial year.
Mr. Kohnagel reported on refurbishment and modernization measures as well as new construction activity in Westerallee. He also discussed general developments and future challenges. In particular, he addressed the GEG (Building Energy Act) and the price trend in energy costs. These were topics that had already been discussed intensively at the previous regular meeting of representatives.
The resolutions required by the Articles of Association were passed unanimously. In the elections to the Supervisory Board, Mr. Mühe and Mr. Meesenburg were unanimously re-elected and confirmed in office.
At the end of the Representatives' Meeting, Mr. Horst Wagner was honoured for 45 years and Mr. Gottfried Klein for 50 years as a member of the Representatives' Meeting in absentia.
