The representatives' meeting for the 142nd financial year of the Flensburger Arbeiter-Bauverein took place on June 17, 2021 in the rooms of the "C.ulturgut" in Weiche.
Following the Representatives' Meeting in 2020, this year's Representatives' Meeting was also held under special conditions. Despite the difficult conditions, we were once again able to welcome many representatives.
CEO Michael Kohnagel gave a review of the 2020 financial year with consistently positive business figures. He emphasized our cooperative's high level of investment despite rising construction costs, a shortage of skilled workers and the many building regulations.
Under the chairmanship of our Supervisory Board Chairwoman Antje Mannhardt, the resolutions for the 2020 financial year required by the Articles of Association and the law were then passed unanimously. Among other things, the Representatives' Meeting resolved to distribute a dividend of 4% on the share capital and confirmed Bärbel Meyer-Sanders and Petra Petermann in office.
At the end of the meeting, Antje Mannhardt thanked all representatives for their voluntary work for our cooperative and emphasized that this commitment should not be taken for granted. The end of the meeting also marked the end of the term of office of the current representatives.
