Once again this year, the Association of North German Housing Companies issued the FAB with an unqualified audit opinion, confirming the economic stability of our cooperative.
Under the professional leadership of our Supervisory Board Chairwoman Antje Mannhardt, the representatives present passed the resolutions on the 2018 annual financial statements required by the Articles of Association and the law.
In our anniversary year, our CEO Michael Kohnagel was once again able to report consistently positive business figures. The annual result of EUR 1,236,137.35 is at a very high level despite the continued high level of investment in the housing stock and new construction. Following the Management Board's presentation, the representatives were called upon to vote on the good result for our anniversary year and to approve the actions of the Supervisory Board and Management Board. All resolutions were passed unanimously. Regular elections to the Supervisory Board were also on the agenda this year. Our Supervisory Board Chairwoman, Ms. Antje Mannhardt, was unanimously confirmed in office by the representatives.
Once the necessary formalities had been duly completed, there was a very special item on the agenda this year: honoring our long-serving representatives. Numerous awards were presented for 25, 30 and 40 years of voluntary work at the Representatives' Meeting. We would like to thank all members of the Representatives' Meeting for their commitment to our cooperative.
Following the official part of the event, all participants were able to round off the event with a traditional asparagus dinner and relaxed conversation.
