Our traditional spring party took place on 03.04.2025, to which we welcomed numerous guests. With coffee, cake and a varied program, we celebrated our long-standing members together and enjoyed a cheerful afternoon.
The large hall in the Deutsches Haus was filled with over 200 guests who were looking forward to a festive and sociable event. After a warm welcome and some culinary refreshments, the varied program began.
The festive highlight was the tribute to our long-standing members and tenants who have been part of our community for decades. But that was not all: as is tradition, the dance floor was eagerly used, and during the breaks between the dance rounds, those present were able to enjoy the entertaining entertainment. Voice imitator Jörg Hammerschmidt provided plenty of laughs with his humorous interludes. The Flensburger Tanzclub e. V. also generated great enthusiasm with its rousing tap dance performance and the "James Bond" fun formation. The party ended with lots of applause, a good atmosphere and our traditional FAB sing-off.

Awards for loyal members
A particularly festive moment at our spring party was when we honored our long-standing members and loyal residents. This year we were able to honor
31 people who have been part of our cooperative for an impressive 50, 60 or even 70 years. We also honored 17 guests of honor who have lived at FAB for 40, 50 or even 60 years. It was particularly nice to welcome 12 of these jubilarians in person.
We presented them with certificates and gifts as a token of our appreciation. The decades of loyalty and solidarity of our members and residents are invaluable to us. The memories and experiences of our jubilarians touched us and made this moment very moving. With thunderous applause and a glass of sparkling wine, we celebrated the unique moment and the afternoon that will surely remain in everyone's memory for a long time to come.
