It will soon be time: just a few more steps and the last of our five houses "Auf der Canzeley" can be occupied. A lot has happened in the first entrance in particular (house number 86) since the previous issue of our Umschau, with some flooring already laid and the first kitchens installed. The design of the car parking spaces on the gable end is also in full swing and in all other areas, too, a wide variety of tradesmen are working like busy ants to complete the work on time.
However, the new 40 tenants will have to be patient a little longer before the apartments are handed over as planned in the fourth calendar week of next year. The exact date can be arranged with us by telephone as of now.
By the way: Two 3-room apartments and one 2-room apartment are still available (as of the editorial deadline, subject to change). Interested? Then pick up the phone quickly and secure one of these attractive residential oases!

We can understand all too well that you can hardly wait to see your new apartment in all its glory. Nevertheless, for safety reasons we must ask you NOT to enter the building site before completion.
