It is a review of the past and provides new perspectives for the future: at our annual representatives' meeting, we jointly determine the direction and fortunes of our cooperative. This time, our representatives' meeting took place on June 23, 2016 at the "Treffpunkt Mürwik" restaurant. As in the past, the 2015 financial year was also very successful. To our great delight, we were able to improve on the good results from 2013 and 2014. With an annual result of EUR 988,918.10, we achieved the best result in the 138-year history of our cooperative. The representatives were called upon to vote on this result and an extensive agenda.
In his oral report, Director Michael Kohnagel outlined the special features of the past financial year to the representatives present. In particular, he focused on the investments in new buildings, the measures to modernize and refurbish the housing stock and the economic development of the FAB.
Under the usual professional chairmanship of our Supervisory Board Chairwoman Antje Mannhardt, the necessary resolutions were passed unanimously. Among other things, the adoption of the audited annual financial statements for 2015 and the distribution of a dividend of 4% were approved. The actions of the Supervisory Board and Management Board were also approved unanimously, as was the regular re-election of Ms. Mannhardt to the Supervisory Board.
After the official part of the event, all participants were invited to take part in our traditional asparagus dinner. Here, the resolutions were discussed again over a good meal and everyone enjoyed the convivial get-together. we would like to thank all representatives for their commitment and dedication!
