Now that the shell of our new construction project at Westerallee 20 is making further progress and the completion date can be reliably planned, we are now actively letting the apartments. If everything continues to go according to plan, the first residents will be able to move in by the end of 2023.
We have already received the first applications for the attractive nine new-build apartments over the past few months. The hot phase of consultations will now begin in the next few weeks. In addition to a high energy standard, all apartments have high-quality fittings with underfloor heating, TV, telephone and internet connections in all living areas, fully equipped fitted kitchens, modern bathroom fittings and much more.
