Despite good construction activity in recent months, the winter weather conditions have led to delays in the construction process. In particular, cold spells and precipitation affected several trades, meaning that some work could not be carried out as planned. We are currently assuming that the buildings and outdoor facilities can be completed during the third quarter of 2026. This means that the original target occupancy date has been pushed back slightly. We are in close contact with the companies involved and are working together to mitigate any delays as far as possible.
Despite the weather-related restrictions, important construction phases are already clearly visible and the overall project is increasingly taking shape. To give you an up-to-date impression of the progress, we have attached several current photos of the construction site to this report.
