The project in Junkerhohlweg was launched two years ago. A lot has happened since then. With the completion of the work on house number 24/26, the complex now shines in new splendor.
With the recently completed renovation work at Junkerhohlweg 24/26, which has been underway since spring 2018, the refurbishment of the building complex is now complete.
Over the course of two years, the apartment buildings at Junkerhohlweg 24-30 and 32/34 were modernized in stages. The major renovation project included a new roof, thermal insulation in the storey ceiling and painting of the rear of house numbers 24-30 as well as new windows, thermal insulation at the entrance and painting of the façade of house number 32/34. The exterior was already renovated in 2014, when a new rear entrance was built for optimal waste disposal.
The modernization ensures a new, more pleasant living experience in the apartment buildings.
