The refurbishment of the last section of Marrensdamm 20-34 began in May 2019.
The apartment owners had already decided to renovate the façade in previous years. In an initial measure, the gables were fitted with a thermal insulation composite system. In a second step, the north sides of the houses were insulated in 2009. With the insulation of the south sides, the refurbishment of the entire building complex was completed this year.
This meant that traditional thermal bridges were eliminated and less heat can escape through the walls. The insulation of the exterior walls creates a comfortable indoor climate and thus increases the quality of life within your own four walls. This not only feels good, but is also healthier, because insulation and warm walls without thermal bridges prevent mold growth!
