As part of extensive WEG modernization measures in Marienallee, the small parking area in front of house number 31 and the large area in the garage courtyard were renovated.
The old asphalt surfaces were first removed and disposed of. This was followed by the edging of the two parking spaces with raised kerbs and the renewal of the road drains and rainwater drainage in the garage courtyard.
Grey all-composite paving was then laid and the parking spaces were visibly divided up with red all-composite paving stones. To make it easier to reach the last garage in the large parking lot, the boundaries of the garage courtyard were adjusted.
A major advantage for the residents: the construction work created two additional parking spaces.
