We already reported on this pioneering renovation project in the last Umschau. Since then, a lot has happened on the construction site and work is progressing steadily. Completion is planned for this year.
We began the energy-efficient refurbishment of these neighborhoods in 2020. This year, we are renovating the buildings at Kanzleistraße 25-29 and Frösleer Hof 24-26. The insulation of the façades and the installation of new windows have already been completed. The upper balconies have been renovated and the ones on the first floor have been demolished as planned. Beautiful terraces will be created here. The stairwells have been renovated by our team of painters.
This will be followed by the installation of solar panels on the roofs of both buildings, which will enable us to offer our members a sustainable energy supply. The sewage pipes will also be renewed. It goes without saying that the outdoor facilities will then be attractively redesigned.
