The tenancy is scheduled to commence on 1 December 2026. At Mumm’schen Koppel 6, 30 modern residential units are being built, comprising both publicly subsidised and privately funded flats. The development will offer 2- to 4-room flats with living areas ranging from 48 to 122 square metres.
At Mumm’sche Koppel 4, 16 modern rental flats are being built, which will be offered as both publicly subsidised and privately funded flats. The 2- to 3-room flats have living areas ranging from 48 to 84 square metres.
At Mumm’sche Koppel 2, 41 apartments for the elderly are being built as part of an assisted living scheme, managed by the AWO. Here too, both publicly subsidised and privately funded flats are available. The one- to three-room flats offer living spaces ranging from 35 to 80 square metres.
