Unfortunately, one thing is forgotten far too quickly in everyday life: all tenants are obliged to ensure cleanliness and safety in the entrance area, stairwell and communal areas.
For a warm welcome
The first impression you get of a house is its entrance area. This should therefore be kept clean: by cleaning the front door and letterbox - both inside and out - and removing leaves and cobwebs.
One for all, all for one
Each tenant must take turns with the other residents of the building to carry out regular cleaning of the attic and dry floors, communal cellars and cellar corridors. Please do not forget to clean windows, doors and, if necessary, the outside cellar door and sweep the cellar walkways! However, each tenant is responsible for keeping their own front door clean.
Saved work, shared costs
If the FAB commissions a company to carry out the cleaning work, the costs are allocated to the operating costs. However, sweeping the cellar floor is still the tenant's responsibility. Do you and your neighbors agree that an external company should be commissioned? Then simply send us a letter signed by all parties so that we can take care of everything else. This means approx. 12.50 euros higher operating costs per month per apartment.
Keep escape and rescue routes clear!
Flowers, shoes, shoe racks/cupboards and other objects can catch fire in an emergency, block the escape route or become a tripping hazard - and thus cost life-saving minutes!
Therefore, please use the cellar or attic as storage space or the bicycle cellar for your bike.
