This year, we want to renovate further buildings to make them more energy-efficient. For example, the houses at Kanzleistraße 25-29 and Frösleer Hof 24-25 will be upgraded in the second construction phase: We will install solar panels on the roofs here. This will enable us to offer our members a green and ecologically sustainable energy supply.
In addition, all facades of the houses in Kanzleistraße and Frösleer Hof will be insulated and the windows of all apartments will be replaced. There are also plans to renovate the balconies, which will be demolished in the first floor apartments and replaced by terraces. The sewage pipes will also be renewed - and the outdoor facilities will then be restored. Our painting team will also be renovating the stairwells.
