What is the Assembly of Representatives?
The Representatives' Meeting is the highest body of the cooperative. The currently 58 representatives act as a "link" between members and the Management Board or Supervisory Board.
Which meetings do I attend as a representative?
The most important meeting is the annual representatives' meeting. Among other things, it decides on the articles of association, the annual financial statements, the appropriation of net profit, elections to the Supervisory Board and the discharge of the Management Board and Supervisory Board. In addition, regular meetings of representatives are held at which information is exchanged and current developments at the cooperative are discussed.
How long does a term of office last?
Representatives and substitute representatives are elected for a term of five years.
