This year's representatives' meeting took place on June 13, 2024, at which all agenda items required by the articles of association were dealt with.
For the first time since the coronavirus pandemic, we were finally able to celebrate a public neighborhood festival again! We are very pleased that we were able to make this possible in cooperation with the AWO and the SBV. Our Supervisory Board Chairwoman, Ms. Mannhardt, warmly welcomed 44 representatives.
In her subsequent speech, she gave an overview of the Supervisory Board's activities over the past year. The Management Board then presented a detailed report on the extremely successful 2023 financial year. Mr Kohnagel then talked about the refurbishment and modernization measures carried out and the completed construction project in Westerallee. He also highlighted general developments and future challenges, including the German Building Energy Act (GEG) and price trends for energy and trade services - topics that had already been discussed in detail at the last regular meeting of representatives.
Overall, the necessary resolutions were passed unanimously. In the elections to the Supervisory Board, Ms. Meyer-Sanders and Ms. Petermann were unanimously re-elected and confirmed in office. As another election of representatives is due this year, Rita Lorenzen, Karin Weber, Hans-Jörg Abraham and Günter Voigt were appointed to the election committee.
Finally, the Management Board thanked Ms. Mannhardt for 20 years of service on the Supervisory Board, eleven of which as Chairwoman.
