As part of our portfolio maintenance, our stairwells are also gradually being renovated at intervals. They should be beautiful, look clean and, of course, be durable - and easy to repair. This often involves more than just a new coat of paint - namely trying out new ideas and techniques and implementing them with attention to detail. With a sense of value retention and expertise, our painting department has been able to revitalize old corridors.
Matt plastic compound and paint are fixed components, only the application technique varies. Our colleagues are constantly experimenting with how to work with the compound. The trowel technique, for example, is visually lively, looks elegant with delicate color and is quick and easy for our painters. The compound is applied with a large lambskin roller and then filled with a trowel and the right twist. Individuality included, because every painter has a different touch.
The color tone depends on the conditions on site, with a pinch of trend, such as light gray, sand colors, light green - pleasant tones that match the surroundings, and a touch of taste from our painting team. And to liven things up, our colleagues use a glaze to apply accent stripes of different widths and colors.
The walls look very lively thanks to a visually lowered frieze - a simple technical solution with a great effect!
When our painting team leaves the house, the hallway appears in a new light: ceilings, walls, skirting boards, doors and banisters - professionally finished with attention to detail. A great calling card for the house.
