For example, the apartment modernizations that we completed in 2021 contributed to a further improvement in our housing stock. We also installed new elevators on schedule in our Junkerhohlweg senior housing complex and in Schulze-Delitzsch-Straße.
The energy-efficient refurbishments in Frösleeweg and Kanzleistraße
were continued.
As in previous years, we equipped the buildings with solar panels. This allows us to save CO2, produce our own electricity and thus contribute to a further improvement in our sustainability footprint.
This also benefits the members who live there. For the apartments on the first floor, we have again decided to equip them with terraces. The other apartments were fitted with new balconies.
