We were once again able to hold this year's Representatives' Meeting in the usual setting. Following the election of representatives in 2021, it was the first representatives' meeting in the new composition.
Antje Mannhardt, Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board, opened the meeting and welcomed those present. Board member Michael Kohnagel then gave a review of the successful 2021 financial year, followed by a brief outlook for the current financial year.
Ms. Mannhardt then led the meeting and the resolutions required by the Articles of Association and the law were passed unanimously. The Representatives' Meeting also resolved to distribute a dividend of 4% on the share capital.
Ms. Bärbel Meyer-Sanders, Deputy Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board, took over the chairmanship of the meeting for the Supervisory Board elections item on the agenda, as Ms. Mannhardt was standing for election. Ms. Mannhardt was unanimously confirmed in office and subsequently accepted the election.
It was a particular pleasure that we were once again able to honor long-standing representatives following the Representatives' Meeting. The long term of office of Mr. Günter Voigt is outstanding. Mr. Voigt was honoured for 50 years as a member of the Representatives' Meeting.
Afterwards, for the first time in three years, we were able to invite everyone to the traditional asparagus dinner.
