After long delays, work can finally continue: the two buildings are due to be completed in May 2019. Work on the construction site is now proceeding at full speed. After the unexpectedly harsh onset of winter at the beginning of March paralyzed the construction site for weeks, the construction schedule is currently being revised.
As things stand, the new construction of the two residential buildings is scheduled for completion in May 2019. In a quiet and central location, a total of 41 modern, accessible apartments with elevators, underfloor heating, fitted kitchens and high energy standards are being built here.
The shells of the buildings have already taken shape and it is now possible to see how the buildings will blend in with their surroundings. We will announce the rental prices and start marketing the apartments as early as the middle of this year.
