When the contracts with our previous billing companies expired in 2012, we therefore decided to take on this task ourselves. For the past four years, you have been receiving a heating and water bill from FBV GmbH in addition to your utility bill. FBV GmbH is a wholly owned subsidiary of FAB eG and is exclusively responsible for the correct billing of your heating and water costs. With the support of Innotec Energiemanagement, FBV GmbH has installed 11,000 radio-based electronic heat cost allocators, 1,700 radio water meters and extensive technical equipment required for the secure transmission and recording of consumption data via our fibre optic network in our apartments. Since 2014, we have been taking over the further installation and repair of the installed devices. Our employee Frank Brochonski, who has undergone special training for this task, is on hand to assist us.
