The excavators have been working on our plot at Sandberg 11-13 since July 24, 2017. After an extensive planning and tendering phase, the civil engineering work for the two planned houses has now begun. The slope is being stabilized, bored piles are being installed and the ground is being prepared for the foundations of the houses. As soon as this work has been completed, the building construction work will begin and then even laymen will be able to see the future location of the houses on the site. 41 modern, barrier-free apartments with elevators, underfloor heating, fitted kitchens and a high energy standard will be built here in two buildings in a very central and quiet location. Completion of the apartments is scheduled for the 1st quarter of 2019. Letting will start in spring 2018.
