Now that the shell of our Sandberg 11-13 new-build project has largely been completed with the topping-out ceremony and the completion date can be reliably planned, we are now actively letting the apartments. If everything continues to go according to plan, the first residents will be able to move in as early as April 2019.
We have already received the first applications for the attractive 41 new-build apartments over the past few months. The hot phase of consultations will now begin in the next few weeks.
The new residents will be able to view the furnishings of the apartments live in our showroom and, for example, choose the floor coverings themselves from a selection. In addition to a high energy standard, all apartments have high-quality fittings with underfloor heating, TV, telephone and Internet connections in all living areas, fully equipped fitted kitchens, modern bathroom fittings and much more.
