Many things are different this year due to the coronavirus crisis, but this does not affect our maintenance and renovation measures at Bauerlandstrasse 75-79 and Kanzleistrasse 31-33.
We want to offer our members tenant electricity. Solar panels are therefore being installed on the roofs of both buildings to provide ecological, sustainable energy.
We are also implementing the following measures: In Kanzleistraße and Bauerlandstraße, the houses are being renovated to make them more energy-efficient in addition to the solar module installation. To do this, we are insulating the façade and installing new windows and entrance doors. We are also renewing the balconies. In Kanzleistraße, the balconies will also be fitted with cold glazing. We are removing the balconies from the first floor apartments in both buildings and creating terraces instead. In addition, the external sewage pipes will also be replaced. Once the work is complete, we will restore the outdoor facilities. Our painting team will also paint the stairwells.
We expect to complete the refurbishment work on the two buildings, which began in March 2020, in October 2020.
