We are constantly investigating new ways for our tenants to save energy and obtain clean energy from renewable sources. The FAB's "Tenant electricity" pilot project in collaboration with Stadtwerke Flensburg is now taking a major step in this development.
What is tenant electricity?
Basically, tenant electricity consists of a combination of solar energy and green electricity from the grid. The special feature: the solar power is generated in PV systems directly on the roofs of apartment buildings. This makes the electricity supply for tenants more independent and sustainable.
What does this mean for you as a tenant?
- Low price: no expensive detours via middlemen, mainly electricity from your "own" roof, guaranteed 10% cheaper than your basic supply tariff.
- Good for the environment: 100% electricity from renewable sources, 24 hours a day. Awarded the ok-power seal of approval and TÜV-tested. Guaranteed no electricity from fossil energy sources.
- Competent service: The friendly and highly trained team at the Stadtwerke Flensburg service center will be happy to answer all your questions about tenant electricity.
Tenant electricity for Kanzleistraße and Fruerlundholz
The FAB tenant electricity product is currently available exclusively for tenants of the FAB buildings at Kanzleistraße 45-47 and Fruerlundholz 9, 9a, 11 and 11a.
